A very frequently asked question that beginners use to ask is: "What should we eat during the intake of anabolic steroids?"

Here is the simple answer:

  • Firstly, know about your maintenance calories
  • Increase the calories from 10-15pct regularly.
  • Eat a high amount of fibre or supplements with oatmeal or soluble fiber
  • Get fats from a healthy source

  • Note: Don't get it from cooking oil.
  • Must eat carbs to spike insulin

Other than the intake of food, please focus on your workout session as well.

Also,

  1. Increase intake of milk products to 3-5 servings per day. Maintain good calcium intake when off steroids to build up bone mass. Take calcium supplements if needed.
  2. Eat a well-balanced diet including 2 rich sources of potassium daily, such as orange juice, apricots, banana, cantaloupe, baked potatoes and tomatoes. Do not take potassium supplements unless prescribed by your physician.
  3. Limit the use of salt and sodium-rich condiments, convenience foods, salted snacks or processed foods.
  4. Eat a well-balanced diet, including a protein source at each meal (5-7-oz. daily) plus dairy products (3-5 servings).

Take lean meat, poultry and fish.

Avoid fried food, butter, margarine and mayonnaise!
