Hello my friend, in my experience i would tell you very few stores have their own warehouse, most of them working on drop-ship. So you can try to contact the manufacturers and find out if this store cooperates with them or not and maybe they can help you (Of course you must contact those manufacturers whose products you ordered.). There is small chance but still better then loose 900 euros

For next time try considering our services.

@admin is right. You should do a detailed review on them about your experience. 900eur and no response in 20 days is pretty darn bad service already imho. btw it is my first time i even heard on this source, their website looks sketchy.

Some sources do that to see if a customer fakes it or not. You should double check your address on the order and ask if he made the mistake. If mistake is on his part, he'll have to fix it on his expense.
