Bicycling and running are hobbies of mine
I have gone away from weight training due to injuries
Which supplements would work good for me now that I am doing most of my stuff outside of the gym

Hey bro, I would suggest you don’t take dietary supplements. Eat a healthy diet instead. Eat a variety of foods, mostly plants, not too much or too little. You will be all good.
