I’ve got a few bottles of ancient strength and a few bottles of 3D multivitamin from ruthless
Stuff is solid from the reviews
I trained 3 times a week sometimes 4
what is the recommended way to use this stuff?

I would dose 3 tablets each per day
you can dose them split or do all at once

there are some evidence that using the creatine around your workout is beneficial so you can time it then

I take 3d multi and n2guard with ostazol but you can take it with ancient strength easy

2 caps 3d multi, 2 caps ancient strength
