Cycle

Experience
I received a tracking number from the company, but it does not work, and I am unable to track my order. This situation has led me to believe that the company may be dishonest and trying to protect its reputation.

It has been two weeks since I placed my order, and I have neither received my items nor been provided with a valid tracking number. I am disappointed that the company has refused to issue a refund. As a result, I, along with four others who are regular customers, have decided to switch to a different supplier. Interestingly, one of them also made an order from this company recently and is experiencing the same issue. It seems suspicious, almost as if the company provided us with old valid tracking numbers and may be planning an exit scam.

Recommendation
I am highly disappointed and won't recommend this. I initially defended this company against other questionable reviews, but my opinion has changed drastically. I strongly advise others to guide clear of this "company," especially considering its deeply negative reputation.

Overall, I have yet to find a superior supplier. My package is receieved less than 48 hours after paying for it, great product quality with minimal PIP, and good customer support and very fair/competitive pricing. I doubt I'll end up finding a better source than them, and even if I were to find somebody cheaper, proroid offers to beat the cheapest price by 5%. You can't go wrong with proroid.
