- Taking oral corticosteroids for a few weeks can help your body adjust to stopping topical corticosteroids and reduce symptoms of TSW..
- Using cold compresses and other skin soothing treatments might also be recommended.
- Gradually/immediately stopping topical steroid creams can help manage TSW.
