Hello Friends,
I started injecting Test E 250mg along with Boldenone 300mg, two times per week. As I am new to this process, I have no idea how to open up the bottle which is made up of glass. I tried to open that with scissors but the glass exploded. Please help me with the proper procedure.

By the way, these are called ampules, not bottles. If you use scissors, it may transfer to your body through injection.
