As far as I know, buttock muscles are the best injecting site. They are usually stronger than any other muscle portion. Alternatively, you can also inject the steroids into your arms. The decision is totally yours!!!

He brother, the best places to inject are your glutes, but as you are avoiding this place, try to inject in quads and delts. It's easier to inject into these bigger muscles but you still need to be careful to avoid blood vessels or nerves. BTW glutes are the safest place to inject.

I rotate quads, glutes and lats. And yes I aspirate. Every once in a while I’ll hit a vain. It’s no fun mainlining 3mls of gear. Slight headache and shortness of breath like Tren cough. Never again that’s why I pull back the plunger..

If you are referring to intramuscular injections, there are several alternative sites to the gluteal region. However, it's important to note that the choice of injection site can depend on the specific medication, the volume of the injection, and individual preferences. Always follow the guidance provided by a healthcare professional or your prescribing physician.
Common alternative sites for intramuscular injections include:

  1. Deltoid Muscle (Upper Arm):
    • Located at the top of the arm.
    • Suitable for smaller volumes of medication.
  2. Ventrogluteal Muscle (Hip/Buttock Area):
    • A site on the hip that is away from major nerves and blood vessels.
    • Often recommended for larger volumes of medication.
  3. Vastus Lateralis Muscle (Thigh):
    • Located on the outer side of the thigh.
    • Suitable for larger volumes and often used in pediatric patients.

Always rotate injection sites to avoid complications such as tissue damage or pain at the injection site. Proper technique and hygiene are essential for safe and effective injections. If you are uncertain about the best site for your injections, consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice. They can provide guidance based on your specific needs and medical condition.
