What do you mean, freeze-dried?
Pharmaceutical medicines are freeze-dried as lyophilized powders for reconstitution in vials and, more recently, prefilled syringes for patient self-administration.

we sell peptide powders, it will go bad if you didnt lyophilize it in a short time, lyophilization is for making it stable for longer time and higher temperature
