I think what happened to my hair is partly due to the niacin supplement, I take it during training and a few minutes later (mainly leg training) I get a bad itch on my head that I have to rub the towel vigorously… .

Thanks Bro, I train fasted after a very good hydration.. I cycle carbs all the time.. I make 5 meals a day, for example first day every meal with carbs, next day 4 meal of 5 with carbs, next day 3 meals of 5 with carbs until to reach 0 carbs day and then I repeat.. very simple and effective, at my age I'm not interested to get much more weight.. maybe 8 to 10 pounds in the next months, just adjusting calories..

I'm not strict on carbs, I just care about when is the best time to give myself treats and that's mainly after training (leg training). I could have a nice piece of cake with my breakfast... it'll just depend on how I look. If I am very exhausted and flat I would eat a lot of rice or pancakes...
