Most of the people when starting the test cycle claim that they feel nothing and it is quite weird for them.
Feeling nothing in the initial few weeks of the low-dose Test E cycle is normal. Test-E will take several weeks for the ester to fully saturate, wherein you will begin to feel its effects.
However below are the effects you feel with the progressing cycle further.

Week 1-2:

No effect.

Week 2-4:

Noticeable libido increase.

Week 4-6:

Noticeable strength increases, more assertiveness, and surprisingly visible facial hair growth.
