Some of the potent steroids when used for long periods with high doses can cause liver problems. The risk varies depending on the type of steroid, dosage, duration of use, and individual health factors.
Below are a few signs that show the liver is being affected by steroid use.

  1. Light or Gray Colored Stools (Floating stools might indicate undigested fat due to liver issues.)
  2. Night Vision Problems
  3. Swollen Right Foot
  4. Pressure on the Right Rib
  5. White Eyelid Growths
  6. Purple and Red Dots on Skin
  7. Itchy Palms and Soles
  8. Cracked Heels
  9. White or Clubbed Nails
  10. Yellowed Skin (Jaundice)
  11. Dark Urine
  12. Spider Veins

Below are some solutions to fix the liver issues caused by the usage of steroids:

  1. Minimize intake of sugary, starchy, and processed foods. Avoid fructose-heavy fruits and alcohol, which can stress the liver.
  2. Incorporate Bitter and Sulfur-Rich foods such as leafy greens, garlic, broccoli, and oily fish.
  3. Use a cup of organic coffee with a teaspoon of turmeric in the morning.
  4. Drink at least a liter of mineral water daily and add freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice to enhance liver detoxification.

However, if you notice no change from these solutions then lower your gear dosage or visit your healthcare provider to modify your steroid cycle.

Bro I'm not here to argue with you.but.as.of my background I can tell you 2 through 9 and 12 are not correct and have nothing to do with liver issues or damage
As far as to keep your liver in great condition on or off cycle drink water mixed with lemon and cucumber
Take Himalayas live52 and take inositol. Inositol is such and incredible cleanser. That they are trying to make it only available in script form.

Again not trying to go against you just letting you know the truth

And the only true way to know your liver and kidney levels is with blood work. If you use aas you should be doing bloodwork ever 3 month minimum
