I do not know where you are, but on every continent, there are many places where pharmacies do not require prescriptions. So if you want to buy something directly from a pharmacy, consider going on a trip or vacation. No one pays attention to a few ampoules of testosterone or anything else. That's my experience. But if you are interested just in TST it is safer to buy from underground sources than to use fake prescriptions. There are many reputable underground labs, and the quality is the same. Mostly, underground labs have smoother oils. If you will be ordering online, it is better to choose underground labs, as many sources sell fake pharmacy products. Also, be aware of fakes at pharmacies, especially in tourist areas, they may try to sell counterfeit products. For example, in Turkey, it is very hard to obtain real HGH, even in pharmacies.

It depends where you are from, but generally speaking it is hardly possible, that's the reason there're so many sources around offering you what you need without any prescription.

I used the Lab that D. Polumbo endorses about 2 years ago and it was $180 for a 5ml bottle of Test E. Not to mention the cost of the blood work and the Dr review. I also was prescribed 30ml of glutathione for about the same cost at the test, which I found from one of the sources on this website for less than half the cost. All products came from a Lab in their area. Just mentioning for info purposes.

There are plenty of telemed trt clinics these days. You should just find the one with the best price. Matrix hormones is a good one.
