Hello, I've applied Testo E to my glutes several times. 200 mg every three days. A small hard spot was fine, but the last few times I've had a hard spot the size of a palm 1-2 days after application. The area also gets very warm. If a belt or waistband presses on it during the day, a real hollow remains. Could it be a new batch? I massage after application. I used 0.70 x 30 mm needles. Does anyone know what this could be?

If you inject always at the same spot scare tissue builds up. This makes it harder for the oil to spread out in the tissue and can lead to the symptoms you describe.
So change the injection side as often as possible. Don't inject at the same spot to times in a row and leave the area you have the problems now alone now.
If you’re using 30mm pins in the glute, there’s a good chance you're not deep enough. That oil ends up sitting in fat instead of muscle and causes a lump, warmth, and sometimes that weird dent feeling when pressure’s on it.
That "warm and raised" thing is inflammation not full blown infection yet, but you're getting there if you keep hitting the same spot.
You can try:
- Switch sites (delts, quads, ventroglute)
- Get 1.5” pins for glutes if you stick with them
- Warm the vial before pinning
- Pin slow, inject slow and don’t over massage
If it starts turning red, gets hot as hell, or you get chills/fever, go see a doc. No shame in that.
Hey buddy! The large hot mass might all be your body responding to the shot, perhaps an irritation or a little infection. It may also be because it was a new batch. Your needle size is also good, but the spot or methodology could be the problem. The easiest thing to do is to change injection sites, and if it becomes really painful to do it or severely painful, then you should consult with a doctor.
