• 8-16: T3 should be started at 25mcg ED and tapered up as needed.
• 12-16: Start taking 20 mg of halotestin ED and raise it by 10 mg per week; (this medication is not recommended for individuals with weak mental fortitude.)
• GH 6-12 IU ED is recommended for the whole cycle
• At 6 to 8 weeks out, clenbuterol is a viable alternative. Typically, 20–40 mcg are used as low starting doses.

ANTI ESTROGENS RECOMMENDATION-

• Nolvadex (Tamoxifen): 20 mg ED for the duration of the cycle; taper up as necessary beginning six weeks out.
• Arimidex for the duration of the cycle, starting at 1 mg EOD and tapering up as necessary starting six weeks out
• Proviron starts at 25mg ED 8 weeks before the show and taper up to 100mg ED as the show comes near.
