High intake of protein powder can potentially be harmful to your kidneys and digestive tract due to the strain it puts on the kidneys and potential digestive issues. It's essential to consume protein in moderation, drink enough water, and choose high-quality protein sources to avoid any adverse effects.

In order for the body to function properly, protein is a good source of nutrients. However, if you have a sensitive digestive system then only consume simple components. Some people may get kidney impairment as a consequence of ingesting too much protein.

Protein is necessary to build muscle but you don't have to drown your body in protein. 2-2,5g/kg bodyweight is plenty. Hardly anybody needs in excess of 300g per day.

One thing you should skip is drinking all day amino acids. This stresses out the kidneys and doesn't give you any advantage.
