@J.asteroide Dear customer, thank you for your feedback! Tracking number will activate when the parcel is delivered to the dispatch location and this is completely normal.

The package does not sit in the warehouse, it is the first phase of shipping where parcel moves through several logistics locations, because we do not use ordinary/standard routes, that is why there is a delay with tracking updates for some locations.

Your tracking number will be updated next week, if not then we ask you to contact our support team support@deuschem.info so that we can investigate more or make a reship.
