The link between AAS use, mood changes, and neurosteroids is definitely worth studying. However, claiming that “80%” of post-cycle depression is due to neurosteroid withdrawal is a strong statement without solid clinical evidence. Mood symptoms after stopping AAS can have many causes, such as hormonal suppression, sleep problems, psychological factors, and changes in different neurotransmitter systems. I would also be cautious about the supplement recommendations. Pregnenolone, magnesium L-threonate, and Mexidol are not proven substitutes for proper medical evaluation or established PCT strategies. Suggesting that everyone should use specific doses goes too far. I do agree that recovery after AAS use is about more than just testosterone. Brain health, mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing are important too. Still, I would like to see real human clinical data supporting the “neurosteroid rehabilitation” protocol before considering it the missing part of PCT.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Telegram peptide vendors are a common target for scammers since there’s almost no accountability after you send crypto.
