Personally, I rely on bloodwork to make my decision. The 'time on = time off' rule is a good starting point, but checking that your lipids, liver enzymes, hematocrit, and blood pressure are back to normal gives you much better information than just following the calendar. If you’re already on TRT, things change a bit, but I’d still want to see good health markers before adding anything else. I’m interested to hear what others do.

It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first order. Hopefully, he's just caught up with processing other orders. Let me know how it goes when everything arrives.

@chukmabinhole Nice job on the cut! How long did it take you to go from 14% to 10%? Also, what did your training and cardio routine look like while you were trying to keep your muscle during the deficit?

@BrandonTrains9 Oh wow, it sounds like a solid order. How long have you been using the Pharma Group and Test Depot together? Have you noticed any difference between the Pharma Group test and the Imperia one in how you feel or perform?

@kelvinjam Sounds like everything went smoothly. How are the results with Pro-Winstrol so far? Have you noticed changes in strength, muscle hardness, or overall physique since starting it?

Very true. A lot of people only think about lung damage when it comes to smoking, but it really affects the whole body over time. I noticed a huge difference in my stamina and recovery after quitting. Even workouts and simple daily activities felt easier after a few months. The scary part is that most of the damage happens slowly, so many people don’t realize it until health issues start showing up. Quitting is definitely one of the best things someone can do for their long-term health.

Yes, you can build muscle without using supplements. The key is making sure you get enough protein each day.
Protein powder is just a convenient option. If you get enough protein from your meals, you don’t need anything extra. Vegetarian foods like lentils, chickpeas, beans, dairy, nuts, and spinach can help you meet your protein needs, but you may need to plan a bit more since these foods often have more carbs. Non-vegetarian foods like chicken, eggs, and meat are usually easier because they have more protein per serving. In the end, what matters most is getting enough protein from your diet, not whether you use supplements.

Hey! So far, I’ve only tried SARMs like RAD-140 and Ostarine. I did put on some lean muscle, but it happened slowly and wasn’t anything amazing. My strength improved a little, but not by much. From what I’ve seen with friends who use testosterone, the results seem a lot more noticeable, with fuller muscles and quicker gains. Overall, SARMs worked for me, but they didn’t feel like a huge step up.

@Liable Oh, nice, that’s great to hear! How did the product feel when you used it? Did you notice any difference in the results compared to what you used before?
