Man, be honest, have your E2 checked. When my estrogen was not within the range, I was foggy all day. This fixed it, and my concentration returned without any additional supplements.

I've been experiencing L5-S1 issues for some time. I felt more stable after doing core exercises, particularly bracing and anti-rotation exercises, than after stretching. Any intense yoga made things worse, but slow, modified yoga was beneficial.
