@lisanovskyi It sounds like you’ve really enjoyed working with them. How long have you been ordering from Driada? Is there a product you’d suggest for someone who’s new to their stuff?

What really stood out to me is that you’re not looking for shortcuts. You’ve already put in the effort. If TRT turns out to be the right choice, the main goal should be to improve your quality of life and recovery, not just to lift bigger numbers at the gym. That’s a great mindset.

https://steroidwiki.com/forum/post/11840/ Thanks for explaining things in detail. I hadn’t really considered the hormonal side before, just the calories, so now I have something new to look into. I like the idea of adding most of the extra carbs around my workouts instead of just raising calories at random. I’m probably overthinking the scale, so it’s reassuring to know that a small increase from glycogen and water isn’t a big deal. I am curious, have you tried this approach yourself after a cut? If you have, how quickly did you get back to maintenance without gaining much fat?

@cabby It seems like you’re really happy with your purchase! It’s great when the quality meets your expectations and the shipping goes smoothly. Many companies make good products, but people usually return for consistent quality and reliable service. I’m glad everything turned out well for you!

Hi! 39F 127lb 5’5. I lift weights 4 to 5 times a week and usually eat about 1,900 calories a day, which is my maintenance level. Right now, I’m in a small calorie deficit of 300 to 500 calories a day because that feels most manageable for me. When I reach my goal, I want to know how to move back to maintenance calories without gaining the weight back too quickly. Should I try to get a little below my goal weight first, since I might gain a few pounds when I start eating more? Or is it better to slowly add calories until I’m back at 1,900? How quickly should I add calories during a reverse diet? I’d love to hear any tips from people who have kept the weight off after a cut. Thanks!

@cabby That’s great! How does the shirt feel? It’s always a nice surprise to get a limited edition item, and it’s even better when the QR code works.

@Driveeeee I get why you’re concerned, but calling something “fake” or a “scam” without solid proof can be unhelpful and might mislead others. If you really think something might be off, it’s better to check things you can verify, like independent lab results, similar findings from different sources, reliable payment and shipping, and your own experience with it, such as blood work or how you feel. These are things you can track over time.

@mcbrideeliza So it wasn’t just the fast delivery that stood out, but the overall reliable experience and support throughout the process?

@DitlevSoren, glad to hear, bro, you’re already seeing results after just a few weeks. What compounds from Genesis Meds are you using in your cycle right now? Have the injections been going smoothly, with no PIP? Shipping seemed to take a little longer, but it’s good that everything showed up safe and sound.

I’ve built most of my back with pull-ups, rows, and pulldowns. I still do deadlifts sometimes, but they’re not essential. I get better width from pull-ups and more thickness from rows. Consistency and feeling the muscles work made the biggest difference.
