@Ferro check today if the package is still stuck at the post office, or if it's even being tracked anymore. Mine isn't even showing up in the tracking information. And support has already received three messages, two through the website and one by email, but nobody's responding.

Waiting since 23.01.2026 and my tracking number has not been updated and since Today it was not been found .Support doesn't answer since 3 days .

Edit: The package arrived today, neatly and discreetly packaged, everything exactly as ordered. However, it should perhaps be communicated more openly from the start that it really does take longer than the 1-2 weeks indicated on the website. I was quite confused because the tracking ticket had been deleted in the meantime. Nevertheless, thank you for the delivery.
