@EikePrangee Thanks, man. It sounds like they made everything pretty easy. Were the tracking updates accurate the whole time, or did you notice any delays after it shipped?

I agree with this. One low testosterone result doesn’t tell the whole story; things like sleep, diet, stress, body composition, and sleep apnea can all play a role. It makes sense to address those factors first and then repeat the tests, instead of quickly deciding on lifelong treatment. But if someone keeps getting low results and has symptoms even after making changes, it’s important to talk to a doctor and look into it further.

@bryanR That sounds really frustrating, especially since you’ve had good experiences with them before. When did you send the bank transfer? Have they explained why there’s no tracking number or parcel yet?

I think recovery is one of the main things people notice with HGH, but it really depends on the person. If your sleep, nutrition, and training are already good, it can be tough to know what’s actually making a difference. I’d suggest giving it some time before deciding how well it works based on daily changes.

Welcome! It's always good to see new people introduce themselves.

@JaydenCC Glad to hear that. Have you ordered from them before, or was this your first time? If you have, has the delivery and product quality always been good?

@CalveMen Glad to hear that! How long have you been taking test, Anavar, and Retatrutide together? Have you noticed any results or side effects yet, or is it still early in your cycle?

You measure by looking at the plunger’s position, not the oil left in the hub or needle. If your plunger is at 0.2 mL, that’s the amount you’re drawing, based on the syringe markings. Luer-lock syringes can be confusing because of the dead space, especially with small doses. It’s normal to see a bit of oil left in the hub after injecting, even if you use an air-lock. That’s why some people choose low-dead-space syringes for TRT. By the way, what size needle and syringe do you use?

In my experience, the main factors for making progress are keeping testosterone levels steady, training well, and eating right, rather than which ester you use. Enanthate and Cypionate are the most popular since they're convenient and don't need to be injected as often. Propionate is effective too, but having to inject more often can be a pain. I'm interested to hear what others have noticed, especially when the rest of their routine was on point.

@MJt Nice, sounds like it’s working well so far. How long have you been using the Etho Test 300, and have you noticed more size or strength gains overall?
