Mods?

I got some peptide pens and they had cloudy material in them almost like it was tissue inside the pens. They have failed to respond so far but I cannot use this product. Its only been a few hours so I'll give them some time to replace my order but the quality scares me.

Also their verification code doesn't verify on their website and I'm left feeling like I can't use any of my very expensive order.

Their delivery was on time in 7-10 days which was appreciated but again, this concerns me.
