ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've ordered from them before without any issues, but recently I placed a large order around 2k. I sent payment and received a notice to send an additional $5, which I did. The system doesnt seem to have registered the 2nd payment, I have all the screen shots of payments going through etc.

Long story short, the system displays cancelled order, even though the funds were sent. I've emailed them multiple times. It's been 15 days now after my payment, no delivery, 9 emails later, no correspondence. I've lost almost 2k with absolutely NO reply from kits4less.

I've referred them so many people, we will all just have to find a different supplier.. suggestions?
