Complete joke of a service. I dont believe the forum hype unless they fix this. I’ve been using reliable European sources for years that consistently deliver within 4–5 days. Occasionally, I try a new source based on AAS forum reviews, so I decided to give Deus a chance. Right now, I completely regret it. I genuinely believe the positive reviews are either fake accounts or come from beginners who have no idea what a fast, reliable service actually looks like. I placed a €300 order (#344441) on May 17th and paid instantly. It took over two weeks just to get a tracking number, and that tracking hasn't moved a single inch since. Their customer service is non-existent. Email support completely ignores you, and the Telegram admins are utterly useless. All they do is tell you to "be patient." It's obvious the Telegram group is just a distraction to keep a fake community vibe alive while masking their terrible service. To prove a point: five days ago, realizing my Deus order was a lost cause, I went back to my usual supplier. That order has already arrived at my door yesterday. Meanwhile, Deus is sitting on my €300.
