We have always tried to resolve any concerns you have had, when feedback came in the form of harsh reviews.

You have voiced strong opinions about our products before, but you've also continued to come back and order from us, which we take as a sign of trust, despite the frustration.

In this recent case, the issue happened because the old shipping address you provided ,where you do not reside anymore. The package is now being returned, but since we don’t use our full address for returns (to protect our privacy and security), we won’t receive it back, meaning a total loss on our end.

We’re always open to fixing genuine problems, and we've shown that in the past. But using negative reviews as a way to pressure us to make it right, especially when mistakes aren’t on our end — is not something we can keep absorbing.

We treat all customers with respect, and we’ve done our best here too.

It’s starting to feel less like feedback and more like a pattern of taking advantage.

That said, we do not want to keep your hard-earned money for a package you didn’t get, we will issue you a refund. But we truly feel it’s best you don’t order from us again moving forward, as you said our products are shit. We hope you find a better place for your orders.
