@Arnold_J80 Thanks for the detailed review. It sounds like you’ve had a good experience with them. The difference you noticed between Test C and Test P is interesting, especially since you already know how you respond to propionate. I’m curious: did you keep the same training and diet during those three months when you gained 15 lbs, or did you make any big changes during the cycle? After going back to Test C, have you managed to keep most of the strength and weight you gained?

I’ve always respected Arnold because he was more open than most guys from his time. We can’t really know if the numbers he shared were accurate, but bodybuilding was a whole different world back then. The physiques, judging, and even the drugs were not the same as today. I believe you could build an amazing physique with moderate doses if your training, diet, and genetics are great. Still, today’s Open bodybuilding rewards so much size that most competitors probably go way beyond that.

I’d suggest waiting until about week 5 or 6 to get your mid-cycle bloodwork, and try to do it right before your next injection for more accurate results. When it comes to the AI, I wouldn’t use it unless your bloodwork or real symptoms show you need it. I took one too soon on my first cycle and crashed my E2, which felt much worse than having it a bit high.
