Need your suggestion on Arimidex!

Firstly, Observe your symptoms. It would be a good idea to think about taking anti-estrogen if you start feeling gyno or too emotional. Secondly, do a blood test to check your levels. Lastly, if you are feeling the signs and your levels are up then you should consume it. Anti-estrogen shouldn't be taken too early because doing so could cause your estrogen levels to plummet, which would also be hazardous.

Please do your research properly before using it. Know about your symptoms and then start using it.

I wanted to ask you all about Arimidex. Can I consume Arimidex 0.5 mg regularly or every three days for estrogen control?
I will be starting a new cycle of test e 400mg and deca 250mg by tomorrow.
