Good to have you here. Have you ever felt sick from any of the steroids in your entire period or does it always perform well for you?

For me personally, i do best with some of these top items:

Protein: steak, fish, eggs
Carbs: Plaintains, sweet potato, rice, oatmeal
Veggies: Asparagus, broccoli, mixed greens salad

i eat x5/day. if i make a shake it will be whey and will be Proserum which nobody knows about yet it's the highest quality you can buy on the market. They spend $0 on marketing and focus on quality instead. All protein shakes are mixed in a base of 1 cup of liquid eggwhites so essentially it's real food.

I am close to it. I recently traveled overseas and ate a lot of good food everyday and i have been dropping fat over the past month and the veins are finally appearing on my stomach again :)

I am planning to move up to 400mg for 6 weeks and add anavar 40mg ED for the last 6 weeks in 12 weeks total cycle.

Do you think this is a good cycle?
