I've been on test C 250mg at.05cc twice a week for 12 weeks now, taking 1/2 a tablet of anastrozole 1mg with every pin day, and I haven't noticed or felt any changes other than my sex drive returning.
I'm just wondering whether I should take it more frequently or maybe more cc.
Also, should I always take anastrozole or only when I notice gyno symptoms? I'm reading a variety of stuff on the internet.
I believe it depends on what you're attempting to accomplish. Are you biking? I was scheduled to have my blood around weeks 6 to 8, but it was only kicking, so I decided to wait a few weeks. I believe old suggestion of a 500mg dosage because, in my experience, a 300mg dose is rather moderate.
Hye, bro; for the safer side, I would advise you o consult with a healthcare professional regarding your concerns about adjusting your testosterone dosage. As for anastrozole, it's typically taken to control estrogen levels, so you should follow your doctor's guidance on when to take it.
Running some blood work is the best way to navigate an AI. If this isn’t an option then I would stay right where you are with your AI, 1/2 a mg every injection. Low E2 is just as problematic as high E2 minus the boobs lol.
If your nipples start to hurt, itch, burn, or feel extremely “hard” you need to increase it.
If your joints start to hurt, your extremely tired, un motivated, and sex drive drops back off then your prob running too much adex. I hope this helps you. If you need anything don’t hesitate to ask. You can find me here daily.
