Hi all!
I am looking for PCT recommendations after my cycle. Do I need Clomid and Nolvadex together or can I just keep it simple with only Nolvadex ?
Bro, use any one of them.
Both are the best, but Nolvadex can work at 10mg, too; meanwhile, the Clomid dosage is higher.
Read about it on the link below; it helped me to choose the pct supplement too:

The dosage pattern for both is also mentioned in this article.
This content is full of information. Thanks, bro for sharing it here. I really liked it!

Controlling estrogen on cycle is monumental to recovery. Pct is a controversial topic. I always liked Aro, nolva, and clomid. Clomid has a very high affinity for estrogen receptors in the brain, nolva in the body, and Aro shuts down aromatase.
Estrogen is more suppressive than androgens. The more estrogen present in the body the less testosterone produced. The male body acknowledges estrogen as a surplus of test. You have to bring estrogen down to recover.
The link below explains exactly what I mean on a scientific level. I hope you guys enjoy the reading.

If you took a steroid cycle, I recommend you follow a Nolvadex PCT. If, on the other hand, you were on a prohormones or SARMs cycle, then just taking Testogen would probably be your best bet. Overall, PCT is essential and should not be neglected by anyone considering SARMs, steroids, or prohormone cycles.
You want to run the HCG during the washout period before pct. HCG is actually suppressive to the HPGA. The sole purpose of HCG is to revive the leydig cells in the testicles so they are full size and ready to produce testosterone once the pituitary starts pulsing LH. Two weeks post injection is not long enough for the long ester androgens to leave the system. I do not care what internet “bros” say, you need to wait 4 weeks before starting a pct. This 4 weeks is also when you get estrogen very low.
No problem my brother. I am including a link below that’s has some clinical HCG regimens practiced by doctors. This should really help you find the dose that needs to be run. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else.
Very informative!
Thanks mate :)

Hey bro, Nolvadex alone or Clomid and Nolvadex combination for post-cycle treatment (PCT) may be chosen depending on the particulars of your cycle, your personal reaction, and the advice of a healthcare practitioner. Although both Nolvadex and Clomid are often used for PCT.
A more thorough approach that will help assure a more successful recovery of your natural testosterone production is using both Clomid and Nolvadex simultaneously. However, remember that some people can have more negative effects as a result of this combination. so be careful bro!!!

Using Nolvadex alone is a simpler alternative that may be sufficient for some people, especially those with milder cycles or who are less prone to estrogen-related adverse effects. When compared to Clomid, it is typically thought to have fewer negative effects. But, it's imp to discuss your PCT approach with a qualified healthcare professional who can better guide you on this according to your requirements and give good advice for the ideal PCT procedure. PCT is critical for a smooth and healthy recovery after a cycle, so don't miss it or take it lightly.

I don’t think many guys actually do man. I know my PCP would not be happy if I mentioned being on a cycle. Most doctors don’t want anything to do with it for a few reasons. The flip part is outside of Trt a PCP doesn’t even practice with the medications used during pct. He knows nothing about how to use them. That would be a fertility specialist or possibly a good endo. I say possibly endo because most will tell you to fuck off when you go to them for issues with a cycle, gear, pct. They see people all day long with biological endocrine issues who just want to be normal. Then when someone bee boops along playing with a perfectly good endocrine system it pisses them off. When I was competing out of 20+/- doctors I went to for supervision ONE agreed. I truly believe the others were just scared. There is no formal protocol for AAS use.
I personally think it’s a good practice to remind guys get help from medical professionals. If for nothing else it’s a reminder that these drugs are not toys. They are extremely powerful compounds that can have life altering consequences. Btw love all you guys and hope you all have a great weekend.
How do you guys get help from health professionals for steroids? I hesitate to mention these stuff to my PCP, just told him im taking over the counter supplements tp be able to get certain bloodworks. Im sure he knows whats goin on but ..
