I'm not sure this is the right category but I thought it might be a good idea.

It's almost a meme at this point, guys start hitting the gym after break up. Me included, 2 years, not a single workout day missed. So I wonder, was it almost the same? Like, guys who did just that in the 1990s, how many of you made it to the PRO level now?

Anyway, I know a break up is a tough topic, but sometimes, everyone needs to vent. To make it easier, use this thread. Hope things go well.

PS Inspired by a long ass phone talk with my bud who's going through this shit rn, bought him a card at my gym because I just know it works.

Why would a guy go to the gym after a break up? Why won't he join already when things are good to attract his gf?
