Asking for a friend at the gym.
He has been trying to get under 20% body fat before he does his 1st test cycle. He's Stuck at 200lb. During his cut, he consumed about 1500 calories for the past 2 weeks, but he is now taking 2000 calories to get some mass. Will the cycle affect him if he runs it at high body fat? He's only willing to start with test for the 1st cycle.

If this is his 1st cycle then he should do 12 to 15 weeks, 500mg test per week. Bro tell him to assess himself on it. Or take at least 400mg.
