Hi,

I was looking into the Calorie & Macronutrient Formulas - SteroidWiki.com and was putting it together, for example:

  • I have 90 Kg
  • Converted to pounds, 198.416
  • According to the article 16 calories per pound, 3175 calories.

Ok, I imagine that I need 3175 calories if I'm not exercising.

What/How do you do the calculations to figure out what you need or not when training or are not doing anything because of an injury for example?

What about the ratios? Do you change anything? The article suggests:

  • Protein - 1 - 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight
  • Carbohydrates - 2-3 grams per pound of body weight
  • Fats - .3 -.4 grams per pound of bodyweight
