I'm considering using Arimidex for a two-week period during PCT to avoid potential side effects from Clomid and Nolva. I've heard about using SERM/AI for recovery, and some sources suggest using Nolva or Clomid. The important lesson here is not to initiate a cycle without a substantial period of dedicated, intense training.
I underwent shoulder surgery a while back, following a clean, gear-free period of five years. For me to consider starting a cycle, I'd need a solid two months of rigorous training beforehand.
