What PCT protocol should be used after an extended steroid cycle of about 1.5 years of test 200 mg/week?

HCG

Use it at the lowest possible dose of 500 iU/2x/week for 6–8 weeks. This dosage is enough to fix the testicle shrinkage.

Clomid and Nolvadex

Nolvadex is a better option than Clomid because it has fewer side effects. Nolvadex at a lower dose can give the expected results. The dosage can be 20 mg/day for 8 weeks.

HCG can cause high estrogen levels, especially intracellularly. So, if you notice high estrogen symptoms, have an aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand. I prefer Aromasin, but Arimidex is also a fine choice.
