Hey bro below are the few guidelines that would help you achieve your goals while minimizing the risk of injury:

1- Get a plan

Make a plan before you begin lifting weights. Choose what you want to accomplish, such as gaining muscle or strength. You can ensure uniform development and prevent overdoing it with the aid of a solid strategy.

2- Learn the right way

It's critical to apply the proper technique to avoid injuries and efficiently develop muscle. Take the time to learn the correct form for each exercise, either from an internet resource or a trainer. As you improve, start with lesser weights and then increase them.

3- Take it slow

You must progressively raise the weight or frequency of each exercise if you want to grow stronger and gain muscle. But go cautiously to prevent injury to yourself. Don't hurry it.

4- Focus on big moves
