Fuck men I think my legs are genetically good. Soo they grow quickly only training them once a week.

I've carried out an experiment before with myself and a friend by blasting them every 10 days and results were great. Recovery takes a while then after the recovery finished growth takes place.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Everybody responses differently to different workouts whether volume or with intensity. Legs are anyway challenging to grow for many

Somewhat disagree to it... Many professionals combine volume with intensity and get great result. But having said that it's all about trail and error ... Whatever suits us, we can continue doing
