If you are at any show in person you’ll easily notice that despite excellent physiques some guys are poor in posing that is mainly due to lack of practice/posing routines infront of a mirror or friends. When you’re on stage you need to get it out there, some carbs before going on stage also helps.
She is absolutely right in saying that presentation matters when you’re on stage.

yes posing is a neglected aspect specially for new competitors. the amount of hardwork which goes into preparing for contest will not reap any benefits, if ya can't pose right. Its helps alot to have a daily mirror posing routine.
