Yes, they are scammers. Do not order from this shit website.
They stalled my order for multiple weeks - had to reach out to them multiple times for them to only say "yes, will send tomorrow" / "will let you know".
They sent a tracking link multiple weeks ago that never got scanned by FedEx.
Moreover, they barely speak any english, driest responses ever.
The website claims 800+ positive reviews but all of them are fake.

I'm honestly surprised to hear about your experience. It's upsetting that you had to deal with all of that. My experience with them was very different, so this really stands out to me. I hope they send your order soon or give you a full refund. I hope they fix things for you.
