Hi, im quite new here and I've mostly seen people talk about HGH for muscle gain and body composition, but I'm more interested in the recovery side. Does anyone actually notice a meaningful difference in how they recover from training, or is it one of those things that's hard to notice day to day?

Hi. HGH doesn’t directly build muscle - it supports muscle growth by increasing IGF-1, aiding tissue repair, strengthening connective tissue, promoting fat loss, and improving sleep and recovery. So yes, it is great substance for recovery.
