I've got some eye issues that run in my family
my uncle's my dad and my granddad have all had problems with their eyes once they got over 60 years old.

I don't want the same thing happening to me. Are there any supplements that I should be taking early that can help with my eyesight later on in life

You can get the vitamins you need through your diet. Eat healthy food and eat vegetables. Carrot is very good too.

Bro, I have this issue too, and it was resolved over a couple of years. Let me tell you how?
I used to grind all the dry fruits, including almonds, Pistachios, walnuts, and whatever you like. Then I used to pour one spoon of that powder into milk. I drank that every day for like few months, and my eyesight started to get better. Here I am with no eyesight problem now.

I think you can consult a doctor to know the cause of the eye issues, then you can get the food which has the DHA Vitamin C, anthocyanins, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, peanuts, lentils.
