I just started to get into running and I meet up with some friends every Friday night and we do a 5K race it's pretty fun cross country

I'm getting pretty good but I still and pretty slow compared to everyone else. With supplements do you recommend to help me gain some speed

best thing you can do for running with supplements is electrolytes and proper sleep.

I would try cardazol 3-5 caps and cardarine 20mgs thats going to give you good stamina
