I've been trying to reach them, no response, order made 25th June, been almos a month and no order and no tracking code, no answer. My order number is 6362.
They confirmed they received the order and would process, then ghosted me and are not responding.
Really wish I can have resolution to this.

Did not receive my order, they shipped my order with wrong information. When I check the tracking number, the order was already shipped back to seller. Any information about order being delivered, followeed by placed in dropbox. everything was sent to wrong email. I did not have a clue that order is placed in dropbox. After reaching support they said I have tracking number.. DO NOT RECOMMEND
@sajmn When we give you the tracking number, the parcel is in your control. You can check about the current state. No need to get the mails from the shipping company. We gave you hints to track your parcel, but you seemed not interested very much. Now the parcel ends in nowhere can be a problem for us, our damage can be much higher then yours. After this review its clear that we wont reship your parcel on our cost.

Ive always recieved my Order in my last 3 Orders. Unfortunately this time the shipping company decided to send the package back to the sender... Idk why. They promised me another delivery tho!

Placed an order on thursday 25th April, ordered from warehouse marked as 7 DAYS DELIVERY, didn’t receive any update for couple of days so I decided to reach out for help. I got my tracking number 8 days after initial purchase so I replied to their message and just see for yourself:

The customer support is friendly, competent, and always helpful, even when I'm being annoying. :D I've received bonuses for delayed orders.

Stay Away from this arrogant guy. They gave me something i didnt order because what i ordered was out of Stock. What they gave me is nowhere to find on there site. 5 weeks in it still doesnt work. I wrote Them on proton mail with no answer. I startet talking to Them on the telegram group to see if i could get any answers but Got thrown out because the arrogant guy cant take any critique.
Dont be like me and believe the good reviews. Its hes friende from germany most of Them. They sell bad products.
