Event Highlights
The 2026 Austrian Oak Pro saw its members wield four different champions in the pro divisions, with Regan Grimes topping it all in the Men's Open. The Canadian bodybuilder received all three points in both judging and finals, for a total of 6 points overall.
Grimes defeated Poland's Damian Kuffel, who was second in the tournament, and Spain's Joan Pradells Martinez was third. The 62-year-old American John Jewett came in fourth, and Justin Musiol, 24, of Germany was fifth.
Since Classic Physique is a new event, Zhivko Petkov took the win, and Poland's Martina Anton caught third place, ahead of Germany's Florian Hartlage and Syria's Michael Daboul.
The division had a momentous weekend when Daboul overreacted, then apologized after securing his third-place finish. Kristina Zafirova won ‘Woman Figure' and Ivanna Escandar secured Bikini. Italy's Ottavia Mazza and Switzerland's Maiwenn Crausaz also started tight, but finished behind Escandar.
Austrian Oak Pro Continues to Grow
The Austrian Oak Pro is also a key platform for professional bodybuilding in Europe. In the 2026 edition, athletes from various countries, including Canada, Poland, Spain, the United States, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Syria, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, and Italy, appeared.
The four division layout also offered a wide range of looks – classic physiques and bodybuilders with the correct proportions for Men's Open, and the profile, symmetry, and presentation for Figure and Bikini.
Final Thoughts
