IFBB LEAGUE 2026 PRO MUSCLE ITALY Pro
Connate was another great weekend of professional bodybuilding competition, with athletes from around the world competing in Italy at the 3 IFBB Pro League events: Men's Open Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, and Women's Bikini.
The competition was well balanced, with 62 competitors representing 16 countries across the three divisions. Somewhat more remarkable was the field of the men's competition, where talented players like Regan Grimes, James Hollingshead, Andrea Presti, Joan Pradells Martinez and Damian Kuffel were picked out.
Final results saw Regan Grimes of Canada take home the Men's Open title; Sidy Pouye of Spain won Men's Physique, while Viktoria Csicsayova of Hungary won the Bikini title as well.

Regan Grimes Takes the Top Spot
Reagan Grimes' performance vs. a deep European field was the biggest story in Milan. Grimes had a perfect three-for-three average in his judging and did the same thing in the finals for his six points, out of three tries. The win moved him ahead of Hollingshead and Presti, which put the Canadians in first place in the Men's Open division.
Men’s Physique
Spain's Sidy Pouye continued his strong 2026 campaign by capturing another Men’s Physique title in Milan.

One of the biggest categories of the event was the Men's Physique, where athletes from all over Europe, North Africa and the USA competed for the title.
Pouye's triumph was especially significant given the very close margin between the top two results. Pouye was one point behind the leader, Emile Walker, on the last scorecard.
Women’s Bikini
The Bikini division had a close contest as well, with Viktoria Csicsayova from Hungary scoring four points to take first place.

Event Highlights
One of the standout points of the 2026 PROMUSCLE Italy Pro was its worldwide appeal. The three divisions were able to unite athletes from Canada and the United Kingdom; Italy and Spain; Poland and Germany; France; Hungary; Greece; Switzerland; Morocco; Algeria; Colombia; and others.
The Men's Open division was especially crowded with well-known professionals. Milan was one of the late-season European shows of significance, as four of the participants – Regan Grimes, James Hollingshead, Andrea Presti and Joan Pradells Martinez – had come from abroad and had spent many years in Italy. The competition was also fierce due to the competitive scores in the Men's Physique & Bikini classes. Both the divisions were narrow, with extreme scores at the top.
Final Thoughts
In Milan 2026, PROMUSCLE Italy Pro was an impressive international event, with three divisions producing three champions. Regan Grimes led the entire Men's Open field to the front of the pack to notch his big win ahead of James Hollingshead and Andrea Presti. Sidy Pouye surpassed Emile Walker in Men's Physique by one point, and Viktoria Csicsayova took one point from Ivanna Escandar in Bikini.
A total of 60 athletes across the three divisions vied for first place at the PROMUSCLE Italy Pro, which showcased the depth of the Pro bodybuilding scene in Europe and was another big domestic pro bodybuilding event in Milan. The boost from homegrown competitors provided Italian bodybuilding fans with the 3rd-place finish of Italy's 2026 PROMUSCLE, Andrea Presti, while back-to-back international champions kept the 2026 PROMUSCLE Italy a truly international competition.
