First cycle advice!!!!

Considering first-round recommendations.
I am a 32-year-old male working a desk job from 9 to 5.
I'm seeking a "substance" to aid with my incredibly low energy levels throughout the day so I can keep up with my training and other activities.
My objectives are to get rid of my body fat, which is now 20+%, and to resume living.
I'm now giving Testosterone Enanthate a lot of thought. Is it a wise choice for a first cycle?
Even though I obviously performed my homework in advance, it would be fantastic to hear more seasoned individuals' firsthand perspectives.
So, to start, I have a few inquiries:
1. What drugs should I research for the first cycle?
2. How much is it?
3. How frequently?
4. Should I tell my endocrinologist right away that I intend to begin a steroid cycle?
