I am ready to begin a test 400 cycle that will last for 10 weeks, including 200 mg twice a week of nolva and a 2-week PCT. Should I also take arimidex? And if so, how much and how frequently do people advise? 27/M 87kg

Hey bro, As far as I know, only those with strong e2 symptoms should use Arimidex. Get a lab at four or six weeks. It is fair that you must take 0.25mg of Arimidex once a week if you begin to experience mood swings, swollen face, or itchy or sensitive nipples. Take it once a week, 24 hours after one of your injections. Do it for two to three weeks or until symptoms disappear. Avoid destroying your estrogen. It's fair to for your estrogen level to drop too low if you start experiencing joint problems.
