For good reason, the bench press is an uncommon exercise in terms of training frequency.
Training frequency has been a popular issue in the strength and conditioning community for the past 20 years. For good reason, the bench press is an uncommon exercise in terms of training frequency.

Hi buddy!!!
It is advised that if you lift weights on a regular basis, you perform a safe bench press at least twice per week. However, the precise number of bench presses you perform should be determined by your expertise, goals, and degree of fitness. For instance, it is advisable to start with fewer days of bench pressing if you are new to weight lifting and gradually increase the quantity as you develop strength and expertise. On the other side, doing bench presses more frequently might be advantageous if you are a skilled lifter with higher fitness objectives. In any event, to reduce the chance of damage, be sure you schedule enough time for rest and recuperation in between sessions.

After being scammed by a few sites that I'll not mention, I gave Jetroids a try. I'm very pleased with the quality of there products, shipping was fast and discreet.
